Grants Management Curriculum

1. Introduction to Federal Grants & the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)

3. Grant Implementation & Compliance

  • Managing scope, timelines, and budget modifications 
  • Subrecipient monitoring and contractor oversight

4. Financial Management and Budgeting 

Build the systems necessary to ensure fiscal integrity and grant stewardship. Participants will learn:

  • Cash management, drawdowns, and procurement policies

5. Performance Reporting & Monitoring
